SLA Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. We operate One Month Minimum (OMM), a direct booking software application designed for landlords who offer monthly and medium-term rentals.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and what choices and rights you have regarding your data when using the OMM website, platform, and related services.
02 // Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, manage, and secure our direct booking software:
- Account Information: When a landlord registers for an account, we collect contact information including your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Workspace & Property Details: Rental property titles, addresses, rental rates, house rules, booking availability, lease configuration parameters, and related listing media uploaded by the landlord.
- Booking Data Entered by Tenants: Guest name, email address, phone number, stay duration (check-in and check-out dates), occupancy count, and lease signature details submitted through the landlord's booking flow.
- Payment Processing Information: SaaS subscription billing for landlords is processed via CREEM. Tenant rent and security deposits are processed directly through the landlord's connected Stripe or PayPal accounts. We never process, see, or store raw credit card numbers or bank account passwords on our servers.
03 // How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of OMM.
- To facilitate direct booking transactions and generate automated lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
- To send essential transactional notifications, including booking confirmations, billing receipts, account alerts, and security updates.
- To prevent fraud, protect system integrity, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with statutory tax, accounting, and legal requirements under applicable laws.
04 // Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party service providers to deliver key platform infrastructure. Each provider handles data subject to its own privacy policy:
- Stripe: Payment gateway used by landlords to collect direct rent and security deposit payments from tenants.
- PayPal: Alternative payment processor used by landlords for tenant transactions.
- CREEM: Merchant of record and subscription billing processor for landlord software licensing.
- Supabase: Cloud database infrastructure, secure authentication, and data storage.
- Hostinger: Web server infrastructure and DNS hosting.
05 // Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the OMM platform.
When an account is deleted or closed, we purge or anonymize personal data within a reasonable operational timeframe. Records related to tax filings, billing invoices, and legal compliance will be retained for the minimum statutory periods required by Hong Kong law.

You have clear rights regarding the personal information we maintain about you, including:
- Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: The right to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete details.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage strictly for operational needs, such as authenticating user sessions, managing workspace logins, and maintaining interface preferences.

One Month Minimum is a professional property management and booking tool intended strictly for adults. Our service is not directed to or intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, regulatory, or platform changes. When material modifications occur, we will notify registered account holders by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
